Q: I’m ready to set up an appointment for service.  What do I do?

A: Give Roger a call from the phone number on the Contact page.  An initial consultation will be scheduled in which Roger will come to your place to meet you and your pet, and from that point, details of your pet’s service can be discussed.  If you are comfortable with “Roger Rover” handling your pet after the consultation, you’ll be given a contract to read and sign.  The next step will be to arrange to pay for the service, and your connection with Roger Rover will be underway.


Q: How do I pay?

A:  You can pay at Roger Rover’s website using your credit card (Paypal is the secure method of payment), or you can pay by cash or check at the consultation.  If paying by check, your service won’t begin until your check clears.  Payments are to be made in advance of the service.  If weather or other unforeseen circumstances on Roger Rover’s end causes your service to be interrupted, you’ll be given a refund for your single-day service, or a pro-rated refund if you’ve paid for multiple days.


Q: What is your traveling radius?

A: Preferably, Roger Rover operates within Franklin County, PA and Washington County, MD.  However, you are free to inquire if you’re outside of these 2 counties.  You’ll be informed of any traveling fee, if applicable, should your request be an inconvenience to Roger’s schedule.


Q: Can you administer first aid?

A: Roger has received official training in Pet First Aid and Pet CPR.  Should your pet injure itself to the point of requiring medical attention, you’ll be notified and Roger will get your permission to transport your pet to a veterinarian.
